Your First Order!
What should I prepare for the first pickup?
Simply place your items in a black bag and no need to count any of your items. We will simply do that and confirm back to you with the cost.
Can I add extra items to my order when you collect…
Yes you can and we will add it to your overall invoice.
Where are my clothes cleaned?
At our state of the art facilities cleaned by our highly skilled workforce.
How can I pay for the services?
Online via the payment methods we have available, however you must register.
Dry Cleaning
What if my clothes are damaged?
We take the utmost care when cleaning your items and checked thoroughly, and if we notice anything we would be in touch with you before we start to clean. In the unlikely event of any damage, we are fully insured and will reimburse your item cost.
Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold
Do I need to weigh my wash, tumble dry & fold bag?
Not at all, we will take care of that - we operate at 6kg and 12 kg.
Do I get to keep the bag?
Yes please you keep the bag and future ones.
Do you have a shop where I can drop the items ?
We don’t have a shop or drop off point right now but something we are working on. Our delivery and collection will not be impacted at all.
How long does cleaning take?
We have a turnaround of 24hrs and have never failed to meet this target.
Do you accept cash?
We do not accept cash and all payments are processed online.
